Good overnight spot-NOT a resort. We stayed here one night in order to get through San Antonio on a Sunday morning. Only 3 sites for overnighters, the rest seem to be permanent residents. Not a fancy place, but will suffice for short stays. Everyone was very nice and easy going. You will be greeted by the resident flock of guinea hens when you pull in, but they stay near the office. Our site wasn't very level, although others looked ok. We pull a 37' fifth wheel and had plenty of space.

Good level sites, paved roads. Easy access to and from the freeway, and located outside the city. Quiet place. Grassy area between wide sites. Friendly helpful staff. Wifi down while we were there, new system. Great sunset view.

This one seems to be under renovations or expansion. Good level sites with grass. Good restaurants in town. Quiet, clean place. Friendly staff. Easy on and off freeway.

Small park with grass and trees on level sites. Driveway needs to be re-paved. Easy to get to from the freeway, down a country lane. We stayed here 2 nights.

This KOA has been recently renovated, and has paved level sites, while the driveways are gravel. It is located out of town up the hill, so the views are great. The park is well managed, and have plenty of staff to help. All are very nice, helpful, and knowledgable. Excellent wifi. We stayed here for 3 days while getting our car repaired.

This is a quiet adult RV park, away from the city. Well managed. Most sites are permanent or long term residents. We were here for 3 months to explore the area on day trips. Sites are very spacious level gravel, while the roadways are paved. This is the high desert, so expect wind at times, and dust. Views are spectacular. We will return.

All sites are full hookups, with cable. Modem in office or free Wifi on unsecured network. Owner lives on premises, and is always available. Big shower facilities, with separate restrooms. All gravel-no mud or dust, and level. Quiet, peaceful. Most guests are permanent residents, but all is well kept and neat. We stayed here 2 weeks in a fifth wheel. New super Wal-Mart for shopping, and many large statues and shops on Main St.

This is the best there is in this area. Be aware that the area is really primitive, but this park has all the necessities. There is also a golf course, motel rooms, and apartments. Plenty of room at sites, and most are pull through. Located just 2 miles from the entrance to Big Bend National Park, and a few miles to Lajitas, and Big Bend Ranch State Park. Much to see in the area, and great views. We stayed here a week.

This is the best there is in Alpine. Lots to see in the area. Very nice staff and well maintained. All new, professionally built buildings, with tile everywhere. Everything cleaned daily. New washers and dryers. Workampers on back row in one area. Fenced dog park and clean. Lots of room, on level sites. Good water and power. All sites have full hook-ups, with 30 and 50 amps. We stayed here a month, left for a week, then back again.

Good overall park for a short stay. Everything clean, orderly, and friendly. Not a destination park, as there isn't much to do in Ft. Stockton, but great for passing through. Easy parking, and hook-ups. Quiet, yet near the freeway-easy on and off. This is the best there is in the area. We look for a safe place, and felt comfortable here. Will definitely use this park again.

Great resort park. Can be a destination as there are plenty of activities available. We just stayed 1 night as a stopover, but it is what all other parks/resorts should strive for. All driveways and sites are concrete, also grass everywhere. Separate parking for adults only. This is the best there is!
